Now I begin to learn Mandarin from my little son. When I am（was） a child , the same old to my son (as old as my son)today, I always laughed at my teachers who speak(spoke) Mandarin. Because I have lived in remote area where there is few(was a few) educated people, except the teachers . it is very strange for me to hear our teachers who are speaking the official language from my teacher.
Nowadays , I have really regretted what I have done at that time. If I were learning (had learned)Mandarin seriously in my childhood, I would have benefited from that surely .
This summer ,in oder to improve my Mandarin level , I had taken part (took)in a training class of Mandarin , studied (studying )with teenagers. Although I am not absolutely feeling (did not feel absolutely) shy on the occasion, it is(was) certain for me to feel embarrassed . After all , I was the oldest man in all (amongst the )students.
I am fortunate to own (have ) a teacher who can teach my (me)Mandarin anytime in our(my) home, the teacher is my cute son, believe it or not.
